🔍 Accuracy of Payment Details
The customer must double-check the UPI ID, payment amount, and any reference details before completing the payment. DummyTicket4U will not be responsible for losses caused due to incorrect information entered by the customer.
👤 Customer Responsibility
Any payment sent to the wrong UPI ID, wrong amount transferred, duplicate payment, or any error made by the customer during the UPI transaction is entirely the customer’s responsibility. DummyTicket4U is not liable for money sent to incorrect accounts due to customer mistakes.
🏦 Official UPI ID
All payments must be made only to the official UPI ID displayed on our website. We do not take responsibility for payments made to unofficial or incorrect UPI addresses.
✅ Payment Verification
Your booking will be processed only after DummyTicket4U receives and verifies the correct payment. Orders will remain on hold until verification is completed.
⏳ Failed or Pending Transactions
If your bank or UPI app shows a pending, failed, or reversed payment, DummyTicket4U cannot take responsibility for such delays. You may need to contact your bank or UPI provider for resolution.
💸 Refund Policy for UPI Payments
UPI transactions are instant and cannot be reversed by merchants. Payments sent incorrectly or to the wrong account cannot be guaranteed for refunds. Refunds due to customer errors are not the responsibility of DummyTicket4U.
🧾 Booking Information
The customer is responsible for providing correct passenger and booking details. Incorrect information may cause delays in processing your order.
📜 Acceptance of Terms
By completing a UPI payment, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
UPI payments are processed instantly and cannot be modified once completed. DummyTicket4U does not have the authority to reverse or retrieve funds sent in error or intervene in delayed, pending, or failed payments initiated through banks or UPI platforms.
All bookings proceed only after successful payment verification. Completing a UPI payment signifies full acceptance of all terms and responsibilities stated above.
